Do you sell your plugs by pairs?

Yes all of our plugs on the site are sold by pairs, not piece

 

A product that I want is out of stock, how long does it take for you to restock the item?

It generally takes me a week or three to restock items, so check back to see if it is after that time period OR You can Subscribe to our Newsletter to get updates on when your favorite items are back in stock! If the item remains out of stock for more than three weeks or has been deleted then we have discontinued the item.

 

I checked the size chart and you don't have the size I need.Can I request a size?

​Yes, you may request any size through custom order page.

NOTE:  Know that since you're requesting a size that we do not have in stock, your order may take a little longer to ship. Expect a 5 Business day delay + regular estimated shipping time for your region. View our shipping policy here when trying to determine the amount of time it will take.

Here At Gorge Plugs some items will address if they are handmade or not in the products description. Most indicators will be that they are in the earring category or in the limited design category. Look out for this information at the bottom of the products' details section!

In these cases, we purchase these items at a wholesaler and resale them. Prices have been marked up/down to compete with similar listings from other stores or to make a return in profit.

What are your plugs made out of?

My plugs are made out of:

-316l surgical steel [single flared]

-Acrylics

- Environmental Resin

- Organic Wood

May Include:

-Zinc metal alloy (Cadmium Free) [In jewelry parts]

-Brass [In Jewelry Parts]

-Copper (Cadmium Free) [In jewelry parts]

-Water based paints, sealers & glitters [ In jewelry parts]

- Silicone "O" Rings 

Mostly all of our designs are done in (Single Flared) Surgical Steel 316L Tunnels in sizes 2g- 9/16" & 11/16",  (No Flare) Acrylics in 5/8"-1", unless specified otherwise in products description. You may opt for wood, acrylics, steel -If available in our size- via custom order request.

 NOTE: As stated in our Terms of Service [Section 13]:"We, Gorge Plugs, are not responsible or liable  for any allegeric reactions, that may have occurred prior to or after the use of our jewelry because of its materials. You should know what and how your body will react to any of the materials stated in the products description."

 

I ordered plugs in a certain design that displayed larger plugs in the picture, will it still look the same on a smaller size?

Please check the measurements of the design through the "Specs:Materials,Measurements,Weight" Tab located in the products page. Mostly all of our materials are recycled for both small and big sizes.

Can I Make my  Handmade plug ORDEr in DOUBLE FLARED plugs?

If you order any of our handcrafted plugs throughout the site, you'll recognize that we use single flared surgical steel tunnels with an "O" ring as default. However, you can order double-flared through custom order.

 

IS there a custom option for your plugs?

Pre-Ordering

How does pre-ordering an item work?

When you pre-order an item, you are essentially buying an item that we will have stocked in the future. Pre-orders will be shipped in a 2-4 week time-frame to the customer. If the item can not be shipped in a timely matter or is unattainable we will refund all money via your payment method (credit card or paypal account). When you order a pre-order item, you are agreeing to the terms that your transaction is for a exclusive future item, scheduled to be shipped in the next 2-4 weeks.

Problems With My Order

what if i ordered the wrong size plug?

Please know your gauge size before you order any item from our site. There will be no refunds/ returns/exchanges if the plug you ordered is too big or too small. Please contact us within 6 hours (rush order) &  14 hours (standard) So  after purchasing so we can quickly fix the issue. Read more about our store polices here.

Do you offer repairs for used broken items?

Yes we do offer a 60 day warranty of repairing your used items for free as long as the item is Handmade, read more about repairs  here.

What to do if I have an allergic reaction to your plugs?

PLEASE REMOVE THE JEWELRY IMMEDIATELY.
